It was rainy and the husband could not stop thinking about his wives injury, he wanted to call the police right away but he knew whoever hunts his wife will come after he sleeps.

He took a kitchen knife and sat on sofa in the living room, wondering what kind of inhumane person would do such a thing, even though he is a doctor who swore not to hurt a person to him this was exception, for duty as a family man is far more important to him than his oath as a doctor.

The was a light knock on the front door, he took his knife and hid it behind his back and slowly opened the door, it was a woman a friend of his wife, " How can I help you?" the husband asked aggressively, " Is she inside?" asked the woman with a trembling voice, " Yes, and you are not allowed to go inside I am afraid" he replied, " OK" she said and left.

He looked at the woman leaving from the door, is this the person who hurt his wife he wondered, there was a lot of women who were jealous of her relationship, maybe it's that why she is getting abused? He closed the door and sat back at his sofa.

Hours later the knock changed, this time it was loud, the man was certain that this knock is not a friendly visit, again he hid his knife behind his back and slowly opened the door, two men immediately charged from the door pushing the man on the floor, "FREEZE!" the one of the two man shouted, " You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. You have the right to have a lawyer with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you have the right to stop answering at any time.You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. You have the right to have a lawyer with you during questioning. If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you have the right to stop answering at any time" the other man read a mirranda warning, " A Police!? wait there is a misunderstanding officer!" the man said, "Yeah yeah, and I am innocent we know, now on your feet and stop resisting" said the police officer who read the mirranda warning.

The man was driven into police station, after the police officer put him in jail, the man said "Look officer I was complying can you at least tell me why I was arrested, well forget about that just please go to my house and protect my wife someone out there is trying to abuse and injure her", the policeman left silently.

Two days passed with no reply from the policemen , they only bring food and water and take it away no matter what the man says. Finally a policeman comes and opens the door, cuffes him and took him to a police car, the man knew that he can't say anything so he put his faith in his wife if she is OK.

He was put to the court and stood in cuffs and the prosecutor stance was HIS WIFE!

" Wait, what is going on?" the man said the officer behind told him to keep quiet.

The judge comes in and the court started, the man has no lawyer on his side on the other hand his wife got one, the man could not understand what is going on, his mind became blurry and confused, the prosecutor lawyer stood up and said that the man abused and cut his wife, and that he committed a domestic violence, the case was short, and the witnesse was none other than the friend who came in and told the court of what she saw him holding a knife. The mans mind became even more foggy and he could not hear anything.

He was taken to a jail with a 4 year sentence plus a forced divorce and the wife takes all of his money.

The man gone mad, destroyed, he lost every inch of his sanity and became a hollow, a zombie who just walks idle.

Meanwhile in jail, the two jail mates were talking.

A: Who is this freak?

B: Oh didn't you know this man got screwed up by his wife, she was a crafty one I tell you.

A: Crafty?

B: Yeah she bruised and cut herself at home, and left to show it to her lesbian friend and told her that it was her husband who did that.

A:Why?

B: Money you idiot, this guy was a doctor so he got lots of money.

A: Damn he was mind screwed so hard.

B: Yeah now she lives with her lesbian friend with lots of green paper beside them.

A: How do you know all of this?

B: Well, she is my sister.
