    I got this quest with Duke Hide and seek quest but one target account mark for deletion, can interact with that target? What should I do?

    You do not need to attack them all. The target you need to attack is not marked for deletion.

    Also, you should buy that piggy bank if you haven't already. It's the best way to save your earnings until you can afford other means of storing your money.
