Unwanted Attention mission Bugged?

    I've had them stuck all week, not making any progress. It's hospitalize 4 different targets. I've hospitalized them all now several times each and the red X mark stays near their name on the mission log and the mission will not complete. There's no other targets to choose from. 

     

    The mission  "Keeping up with the appearances" is also bugged. I have to mug the guy then return all his money. I've done it several times now and do not get credit for this mission either.
