So I’ve to defeat duke as part of a group, does anyone know where to find people who are planning to attack duke?

Here's a safe way to assist with a group attack:

1) Monitor this page https://www.tornstats.com/loot

2) A couple of minutes before the next scheduled attack, click the link for Duke to open the attack page. You don't need to join the attacks for other NPCs. Just wait on Duke's attack page.

3) Wait for others to start the fight, then join. Don't do anything else yet.

4) Once Duke's health gets to about 2/3 or less, hit Duke at least once.

5) When the fight is over you'll complete the mission.
