    It's been a while since I had this one but I think you can do this
    - look for the cake frosting in the and use it

    - The lockpicking kit automatically gets added to the fruitcake, then the frosting. Now you have a "Special Fruitcake"

    - Find the special fruitcake in your items and send it to someone who is in jail

    Thank you so much. Found the USE option in cake frosting and it all came together.
