List of Duke Missions and Tips for Newbie.
Here is a list I kept and refer to before I started using all the fancy tools available in the game. I still use this list and also update the hint and tips section.
This Mission Forum Board, I notice caters mostly to new players. So it will be too much to ask new players to install this and install that just to do missions.
The list is complete. All duke missions is on it. If you have Donator Status, Copy and Paste it in your Notes area (Next to Chat). If you are not a Donator Yet, then copy and paste it in a mail and mail into yourself (Using your ID). Then save that incoming mail or outgoing mail for future reference.
This below is just a very comprehensive list. There are very elaborate guides elsewhere explaining in detail how to approach each mission. Using this list is sufficient as once you did it, you likely remember how to emulate it again the next time it shows up. Different players have different approach to completing the missions. This post below has hints on how to approach each mission provided the player has common battle stat composition.
If you bought the Friend and Enemy list feature via points, remember to add the Duke targets as Enemy and label what Helmet armour and Weapon they are using, and other characteristics of their defence. Are they tough over all? Are they hard to hit? Are they very high in defence and you can only deal low damage. Jot them down. It will be useful the next time you meet them. And for sure you will meet them again a few times before you get promoted to new stage. Even till today, I mark down those who are wearing Motor Helmet and Welding Mask ...and others.

Some Mission hint will suggest to attack a NPC or have to attack Duke to accomplish the mission.
In this game there a 5 Non Playing Characters (NPC) that drops goodies and loots after their defeat, for players who manages hit them. One hit regardless of damage will garner you a raffle ticket to such goodies and loots. The rare loots are worth billions.
A group of players associated with the Discord Channel "Loot Rangers" have daily scheduled attacks on these 5 NPC at 6 hours intervals. This is the optimal time to gain 4 rewards per NPC for the attackers. More hits, the better your chance at being rewarded with a loot rewards. On Average around 60-100 daily players are waiting for these NPC attacks.
You just need to join them in the attack and start hitting when you see a distraction number is more than 10 on the left of your attack screen. The higher the distraction number, the safer you are from getting hit back by the NPC. If you don't quick spam your hits ..and just keep to a rhythm of 3-4 seconds between hits , you can easily get away from not being hit by the NPC for all 25 turns resulting in a stalemate, and getting 25 hits on the NPC.

Here's a safe way to assist with a group attack:
1) Monitor this page https://www.tornstats.com/loot
2) A couple of minutes before the next scheduled attack, click the link for Duke to open the attack page. You don't need to join the attacks for other NPCs. Just wait on Duke's attack page or any NPC of your choice.
2.1) The group will always attack the NPCs in the same sequence as noted in the link above. One after the other.
3) Wait for others to start the fight, then join. Don't do anything else yet.
4) Once Duke's health gets to about 2/3 or less, hit Duke at least once.
5) When the fight is over you'll complete the mission.

The idea behind keeping the list is to know before hand, what the mission entails.
Then decide if it is worth accepting it or not. Or keep it until another mission appears that you can "kill two birds with one stone".
If you decline a job, your Hidden Duke Ranking status will be slightly lower. If you accept a job and couldn't complete it, then you will get a massive drop in ranking status.
What is the consequences of ranking status drop?
From my experience, the next few jobs will have easier targets but also, very low payout.
From my experience, the Mission points payout keeps growing until a point whereby you have bought 20 weapons mod. Then for some reason, the mission payouts drop and the payout seems random from then on. Sometimes 150+ points , sometimes 30+ points, with stock benefit CBD.

How many contracts does Duke have?
Keeping the targets as Enemy in your friend list ..
You will soon build up a very large number of targets that you know they have been picked by the system for Duke missions. If you get a mission to claim bounties, and you don't have a good idea of who to hit in the newspaper - maybe try looking at your enemy list and open the mini profile of each to pick up players who has a Bounty on them.
They usually have a Bounty worth $1 , as it is part of another mission given out by Duke.
Also if you have noted they only use Melee during the attack, then consider getting a Yellow Parry Bonus melee that will be an investment for all future Mission tasks.
Updated the hints lists to include Cattle Prod melee being a viable option for some missions.
Provided the user has sufficient Speed in their overall Total battle stat.
Minimum Speed of 20-30%of your total stat, then Cattle prod is a viable option for Duke targets.
If speed only amounts to 5%-10% of the Total battle stat - then Cattle prod strategy will be hard to employ for Duke missions.
If Speed amounts to less than 5% of total Stat, then forget about using Cattle Prod for Duke targets in Duke missions.
I have some confusions, so I add few more tips:

Blowgun is piercing weapon, so it fails mission, where guns are allowed, but could be used for missions that allow piercing or maybe even melee.
Flamethrower counts as a gun.
Pass the word mission requires to have above minimum character count. Not sure what is the minimum, but next time this mission shows up I will try. :)
23 is now M'aol. The NPCs 100 to 104 have been updated and also seem to be M'aol themed now.

Here is an example of how I kept 2 Missions. Doing just a single mission daily until a new mission turns up that would make it "Killing 2 birds with 1 stone"..

This is one of the most frustrating mission to do prior to the release of a special weapon.
Withdrawal

Prior to the release of Cattle Prod , players probably have to spend a lot of money or energy to complete this task with Pillow or some low damaging weapons.
Using your main weapons with High Crit rate modification or Bonus is a disaster, as the high crit rate will avoid hitting the arms.
Ideally you want to go deep into the maximum 25 turns allowed and not kill the target. Escape if you can at turn 25, when target miss turn 24
Players would use Pillow for it's high accuracy and low damage. But even then susceptible to getting hit, and thus the use of booster to avoid getting hit or mitigate the damage.
With the release of the Cattle Prod, this task is much easier, albeit still not full proof.
See example of using Cattle prod and yet only accomplish half the task.

For common Battle Stat makeup, the criteria for buying Cattle prod are
1) High Accuracy.( 61-63 Accuracy preferably)
2) High Bonus Proc rate
It is not necessary to get High Quality or High Damage, The above two criteria is all the more important. Just like buying the blowgun, care must be taken to find the most appropriate stat. In this case, my preference is high accuracy cattle prod is the more important criteria.
You will need to pair the cattle Prod with a suitable temporary weapon of choice to accomplish your mission. Tear gas. Smoke Grenade or one of the booster to increase speed or dex.
Everyone will be able to find a Cattle prod Doing Burglary Crime > Farm. A Unique outcome will award a Cattle Prod.
Taser in the secondary slot is also an option.
