Not sure if there is a convient way of finding people close to your level to attack, if there is, what is it? If not, how do I go about completing this mission in less than 2 days and mug people for 70k? Would anyone be willing to help me?

This is the only mission I don't accept.
The amount you need to mug keeps increasing. For me I ended up having to mug players for $6.7M, $8.5M, $9.6M then $10.06M and it was too much.
There are some good mugging guides in the Tutorials & Guides forum but it takes a fair bit of work to find targets and get good results.

    if ($enemyHealth <= 0) {tauntEnemy();} elseif ($grenadeAmmo < 1) {findGrenades();} else {lobGrenades();}

It's much easier if you have a friend or faction mate (that you can attack and beat) hold a large amount of cash and let you mug them. After the fight just send back the cash accordingly.

This is the most viable method to complete this mission consistently in the shortest amount of time without fuss.

Only thing is to calculate how much your friend needs to hold on hand.

Ask your friend to strip down and use blood bag if you have difficulty. Do your discussion in PM.

Problem here is, I don't wish to join up with a faction specificly for this..I'm still *very* new amd am still unsure of what I want to do or how to do it. So I don't want to be an underling of some group, ask for help with this, and then leave with a bounty or some stupid one sided vendetta. I also don't have friends who are into this type of concept for a game soo..it seems like my best bet is to just let it fail and hope for the best. Thanks for trying my dudes. ???

Found a relatively cheeky way to do it..now this will only work if you're going for something low end like mine was 70k. The previous goons he sends you to take out in previous missions can be farmed for money if you remember who holds cash. The one mission where you have to take out 4 gangbangers, the level 20 guy tends to carry a good bit, and same as the level 6 or 7 dude, he gave me 30k once and 28k once. Thanks for the attempt of help though guys. Good community yall are so far.

by not joining a faction (this mission not even coming into discussion) you are severely hindering yourself.

    a few reasons why
1- factions often have folks that have been around a while and can show you easier ways to do things
2- factions have perks which will help you from higher gym gains to reduced drug effects to more from cans & beer....
3- factions usually have an armory where you can borrow armor & weapons

Oh I know the benefits, I'm not struggling at making money or leveling up or even gaining stats..so the general reason doesn't mean much for me..my thing is, I'm not going to blindly join a faction just for the possibility that it will backfire or even get me disliked by someone who has the ability to throw problems my way (seeing people who have 20+ bounties of 100k placed by one person with no written reason is something I see often) to always be hanging in the back if my mind. I'd rather get my bearings, learn some basic stuff, bang out some.missions and spend some.merits before I try to commit to a faction. And before that, I will reseaech/join a discord to see if it's even a group I want to run with/a group run by people I'd actually care enough about to listen to. I know I'm "hindering" myself by refusing to join one yet..but it's only for now..I'm not even level 10 yet and there is still some stuff that doesn't make sense..I'd rather figure out the basics and what's important/isn't before tacking on the responsibily/possible stress/possible further hindrance by blindly joining a random group. Thanks for your input though, genuinely. (I'd put my hallmark horns and heart emojis, but I cant..so yea..XD)

1- holy wall of text batman... break that shit up
2- you're over thinking things, most factions don't care if you come spend a week or 2 with them decide they ain't your thing and move on
3- bounties are laughable once you learn to play while having them, and once you do you won't fear them but embrace the bounties as you laugh at the people that wasted money on you

with all that said you do you playing torn factionless is worse than playing it on hard mode

Not sure how it's worse, I'm doing just fine having only been playing for less than a month. I won't address the rest as I can't find a way to word it without coming off as an a hole. Have a good one my dude.

The NPC Pagla_Molom usually has 100k on him, and hes only LVL 3 so he is an easy mug
