Please advise on Duke's missions completion.

    I've completed all Duke's missions except for the Hard ones, all of the three hard ones stated as timed out half way of completing, now missions cannot be proceeded to advance for the guy after Duke, seems like stopped & don't know where to go next.

    Duke is the last mission giver there is (for now). If all of yours have timed out and you have no open missions, you should still receive one every new day. You can have a maximum of three open missions at once barring being in the company that gives the perk to increase it to five. If it's been a while and you're not receiving any missions, you might need to file a report in the bugs section.

    ched has completely abandoned the mission system. i wouldn't get your hopes up about changes anytime soon.
