Treat it like an NPC fight. EDIT: Risky way would be to hit the target ASA they out of hozzi, with really low life...

yup this would be the perfect way...load up an epinephrine shot and try some HP or INC rounds and you should be able to make it work

Im guessing that you are basing your opponents stats off of the TornTools estimate. This estimate can be false with older players (old networth triggers and no networth after going inactive), so the likelyhood of your target actually being closer to your personal stats is very high. As far as i know mission targets are based on your stats, and even if you cant damage them, most of the time getting of Xan cooldown or/and taking a vicodin will make it fairly easy.

Amen to that. I had the same experience with my medium/hard targets. I was like, "How tf am I supposed to beat a >200m stat player." I skipped missions until I got tired of skipping, and eventually I learned of the quoted advice. Oh sweet noob times :')
