When you unlock it, it should tell you what was in it. For example, last time I had that mission, I think I got "Duke's Herpes Medication" or something like that. That item will then show up in your inventory. It might be under the Miscellaneous items, or if it's medication, it might show up in the Medical Items. Either way, just find it and then use the "airplane" icon to send it to Duke.
