Motivator mission - lose or stalemate to MegaEggbert on the first attempt. I lowered my HP to 2 with blood bags, I'm on a Xanax cooldown and used nothing but fists. The guy still couldn't even hit me? Also, you can have a friend/factionmate attack you and use a smoke grenade or flash bang. It'll weaken you on your current attack.
