For my age of 300 days. Should I bother going to expert mission? Or does the difficulty scaling become a hassle? compared to mission points that I currently gather regularly and within reason, are expert missions going to replace my doable missions? And if they are how difficult are they?

Targets are based on your stats. As to the other difficulties (like acquiring trout) ..it's not combat related. Difficulty ramps up in the sense of... Mug mission (you need to mug MORE money). Combat missions are a bit stronger in selection
