I equipped my rusty sword but still cant do it. Mike you shouldnt be getting missions with such few turns, the big boy version of this mission is 13turns which is far more difficult. I equip a smoke grenade when i attempt this mission. Throw the smoke immediately and wait it out, proceed to hit with rusty sword or punch to do little damage, when it gets to the 10th/11th/12th hit, switch to your primary and finish the fight.

Grenade usually sometimes causes damage and still you would have like 4 hits left in trying not to kill them. Anyway your answer is Rusty sword with 0 accuracy, even then, that could damage of upto 1000 from what I experienced.
