Like hurt him some more, don't just wheel him back in the front entrance. If you're having fun, do it a third time. Maybe he'll bring back her photo albums and stuff, and learn to never darken her "you know what" again. Either way I'll make it worth your while." My question: where do you get the spikes from? I have looked in the item market for them and nothing comes up. I am stuck.

What do the mission bullets say for you to do? I expect this is the "Hospitalize x for 12 hours" mission. If that is the case it doesn't matter how you do it, just that you hospitalize that person for 12 hours.
