i go to this mission, need to defeat 4 players and one of them is this one leadz [319119] , is impossible to me to make any damage to him. i hit him almost at every try but always the damage is 0 does anyone has any hint or anything useful ? thanks!

Take a Vicodin, have someone else join the fight to lower their stats or take an Epinephrine if you have done the education course. These are all options to get past someone with a lot of defense.

Might have also worked with pepper spray which is a cheaper alternative, give it a try :)

That is more risky, as that can be neutralized with armor.

Guess I haven't had a tougher Duke target because usually everytime with a pepper spray I can take them down. Say I have 10m str and 5m speed, someone else has 10m def 5m dex and no other stats, would I need the booster for strength or would a temp item do the trick

If someone is using a Motorcycle or Welding Helmet then Pepper Spray does nothing at all, hence it being a bit of a risk. The booster basically doubles your strength as I understand it. With the stats you listed you wouldn't need anything to beat them, if you used a temporary you could speed it up but 10m defense does not stop 10m strength.
