Can't find the person I need to attack

    I need to attack a particular player as part of a mission.

    They are in South Africa but because they have not been online in a long time they are not showing up on the list of people in SA over the past 24 hours.

    I've tried attacking them through their profile page but that doesn't work either.

    How can I attack this person?

    If they are not flashing red you forgot to accept the mission. When you clicked on the profile was the person still inactive and in SA? Fly back accept the mission, check on your target and fly back. If none of those apply submit a bug report.

    I'm pretty sure I mugged someone in SA who was 300+ days offline and he was the target of my mission.
