    I was trying to complete the mission "Scammer" I am supposed to Mug smiffy27490 but when i hit him his health never budges. I always stalemate. Tried 5 times and always a stalemate and i cant even hurt him. Any tips would be helpful.

    Vicodin+epinephrine.

    Yeah just buy an epinephrine and equip it as your temporary weapon
    then just use it on your first hit. Should be simple after that.

    Thanks for the tips. How would someone actually figure that out without asking in the forums?

    Alas, a beginner such as myself can't use the epinephrine as I don't meet the requirements for equipping it.
    I will try with the Vicodin and see what happens.

    I will try with the Vicodin and see what happens.
    You can allways ask a friend to join the fight. That would decrease the target stats probably enough to defeat him.
    Just make sure that you're the one that makes the final hit and not the one that's helping you out.

    if you have 2 people his stats down 50% and so on
