I had that kind of mission too, and decided to let it slide after slowly getting my winning streak to 500k

I usually dont play on casino, so don't think I made any money from there. I use casino only in situations like this.

This town is full of whiners. All I ever hear is The streets are full of thugs. ,The race track is too loud and smelly., Your office smells like diapers and hamster cages. Nothing I can do about any of that, but here's something I can fix.

A lot of my customers say they're losing hard at the casino. They say the games are rigged. I want to know if it's true or they're just whining some more because they lost their kids' college money. You a gambler? It don't matter, you are now. I want you to go to the casino and play Slots, Roulette and, oh, Keno. For each game, see if you can win $10,000,000 before security take you out back and persuade you to stop with their fists. But if they clean you out, I guess we'll know the games are rigged. Oh and wear your red dress, that way if you bend over you get free drinks. Apparently.

I love the missions and do them daily, but this particular one is open for a pretty long time allready.
Not a gambler myself and i find the amount of money that you have to spend on this mission ridiculous.

Is there a reason to decline it instead of leaving it open and therefore avoiding the slightly decrease?

That idea did not occur to me. When that mission is allocated to me again I will just do that.

I had this mission a few days ago, by the time I completed it I was -$61m and had to refill casino tokens. I thought that was bad so went looking for a thread like this to make me feel better about it :)
