    Has anybody done the Birthday Surprise Mission for Duke? I have the soccer ball, empty box and Birthday wrapping paper. I keep getting an error message. Any ideas?
    What kind of error message?

    One that says you're doing it wrong or a technical one?

    When I got that mission I just put the assigned item into an empty box, wrapped it with generic paper and sent it to the NPC Duke, not the player. That completed the mission for me.

    Tip : Using a smoke/flash reduces a tough opponent's speed a lot. Use a high damage weapon to aid your cause. Also, make sure you're not on Xanax if you think the player is tough.
