I had to use birthday wrapping paper to complete the mission.

Didn't work at first with normal and Christmas wrapping paper, but worked instantly with the birthday wrapping paper.

Maybe it's just that the system needs time to register that you sent the parcel?

Bugged Mission. I've used Christmas Wrap, Generic Wrap, AND Birthday Wrap. I've sent three (one of each) through the Standard Route, two (Generic and Birthday Wrapped) through the Post Office. (Though I added Snarky, Expletive-Filled Remarks, so I thought maybe THAT f**ked with it, but then I redid those, same Wrap, WITHOUT the Message and it STILL hasn't taken.) FML

Reading the original post, did you verify you sent it to the right Duke? Type in the player id number not the name. If it still happens file a bug report. There's been a few wonky things since the update 🤷‍♀️

Yes. Unfortunately, I was just fixing to Delete my Post. Like a f**king Idiot, I forgot to ACCEPT the Mission. THAT probably helps more than ANYTHING! LMFAO I'll see how it goes then. FML. It's been a f**ked week RL. I need to pay better Attention to things. :/
