You can choose any player you want to attack. Anyone. It doesn't matter who - it could be a friend or someone in your company.
You choose that 1 person and attack them 5 times. The easiest way would be to pick someone you can beat easily and click "Leave" in the attack, ask them to med out and continue until you have done so 5 times.
Defeat a player of your choice 5 times.

The mission name Hobgoblin.
There's some fancy-pants brainiac who said, "Consistency is the hot goblin of little minds." I think he's wrong. I'm the hot goblin of Torn, and consistency is what I look for in my people. And I don't care how little their minds are, so you're okay.
I want you to show me some consistency, to show me you can keep at a thing and not just give up once you got it right once. I need to know so, when I send you up against someone tough, I can be sure you'll keep hacking at the clown until I am satisfied.
So you choose anybody you want to attack. But I want you to attack them five times. Bam: put them in the gutter. Wham: put them in the hospital. Slam: put them out of commission. Make them wonder what you've got against them. Why you're doing this. But when you work for the hot goblin of Torn, you don't need a reason for what I ask you to do, just know I want it.. -
