    So I've been playing for almost 3 weeks now and I've completed George's missions but all the others are still locked? Why is that? I would like to do more than just sit in the hospital for the most part.

    Try getting to level 5 and see if that triggers the next set of missions?

    When you will get level 5, Anonymous will be available, and his first mission will unlock Duke.

    And the reason ur in hospital is the faction. It makes you known and a target to anyone you're in a war with
