    So I get this mission that says that I have been failing too many contracts. But I have succeeded everyone so far.....

    Anyone else have the same issue?

    Copy and paste the exact message he gives you.

    Don't read too far into what Duke says, his style of talking has very little to do with what the mission requirements are most of the time. All that matters is what the mission requirement is, what he says does not.

    It's just the mission brief - a lot of the stuff in the mission briefs doesn't make a whole lot of sense so don't read too much (if anything) into them.

    If you haven't even accepted the mission yet, how could you be sure what it was related to?
    because you can read the brief ?
    you just dont get the "exact" contract task before you accept it
    alot of them you can deduce from the brief

    and the mission text(brief) i believe is just flavour text, all you really need to check is the mission task, although the writing is fun, you should continue to read it

    The things Duke says and the "exact mission task" are not always mutually exclusive.

    As this topic shows (as well as others) the best deductions may not be enough to correctly ascertain what the mission is.

    Mostly because half the things Duke says sound like they come out of a Chinese fortune cookie, and thus have no application in the real world.
