    Just a simpley theory quetsion;

    Do your tragets get selected based on your own battle stats? that makes sense and Iguess that's how you get enemies much higher and much lower level then you but you still have to put up a fight.

    Problem is, if you if you are a *insert stat here* whore kinda player you will NEVER win any of these battles...

    So, I got over75% of my states in Dex I never get hit by any of my targets and I hit them for 0 to 20 dmg a time. So these missions are GREAT of my sattlements but I rarely actually get to accomplisch a mission and get credits.

    anyone else has this problem?

    Yes they do. If your stats are out of balance then you need to find alternatives. Aside from throwing all your trains into strength (obviously) to build it up you can use Vicodin for the +25% boost to all stats - I can see you are using an armalite so maybe try borrowing some dual melees (so that you don't waste rounds reloading)?.

    I'll assume at this point that you haven't done the biology bachelor so epinephrine is out of the question.

    You'll just have to either wear them down over a few attacks or get someone (maybe a faction mate) to do a hit on them for you first and leave them lying in the street so that they're still on low life when you try to hit them.

    Yea I got the reload stuff in there for the merrit :) but yea I figured this much... so I'm out of luck mainly. :(
