    So I got a mission where I should head down to South Africa and gun down (using riffle seems to be a must) the target. There is 1 problem, target is inactive for last 40 days. When I tried to attack him I got message of something like "you cant attack the target due to its inactivity". Problem is there are some people who apparently can do it - this is current targets status "Currently in South Africa. In hospital for 24 mins
    Mugged by someone"

    How can it be done? Is it a bug of some sort?

    Also, if this is some sort of exploitation (beeing able to attack inactive players) I will provide name of player and times I seen him in hosp aboad.

    You need to accept the mission and then travel to South Africa. When you arrive you will see your target highlighted.
