    Favorite song and why?

Whale and wasp, really nice instramental you can actually imagine the relationship of the whale and wasp through the humming and droning guitar. Also it's set apart from what you would normally hear from them.

Been getting into Alice In Chains recently, went back to GTA San Andreas and discovered the track Them Bones which is still probably my favourite.

Had to go back quite a ways on this one.

    https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/alice-in-chains/1992/the-scope-norfolk-va-33dcdcf1.html

They 'opened' for Ozzy in '92 when we were young young and grunge was peaking.  They were much, much better than Ozzy that night.

I'll give a shout to Would? in this thread, but there are others. Not quite my style these days but fun to reminisce.

You'll have to let us know if the new release is any good, I doubt I will seek it out.

    Would?

Sunshine , it ain't like that anymore, we die young what the hell have I , all oldies but goodies. I'm afraid I'm stuck in the early days of AIC with Layne Staley.  Dont believe I've heard anything from them post LS.

    RiP

Guitar Center sponsors a show on DirecTV that look at alot of bands. AIC was one, but don't recall who they brought in to sing, just not the same. Not bad either, just not Layne. He was certainly unique.

I love Brother, and Frogs.  And the whole Jar of Flies EP.  Lots of others too of course.

Speaking of Layne, anyone ever listen to Mad Season back in the day?

Yeah, I know what you mean.  My faction chat is always full of youtube links to imagine dragons songs and crap like that.. Don't worry man, you're not alone!

Wake up was always my favorite.  I never saw them play, but I heard a live version of that song and his vocals just rip your soul out.

There are a lot of people playing this game who are the right age to have been there to experience 90s music. It is awesome!

I like a lot of music from the 70s onwards. My favorite music was made in the 90s.

Always had a soft spot for Nutshell and Got me Wrong. I think living in Washington and listening on my trips to Seattle made it feel like another time with all the bull in life. If that makes any sense.

No way I could pinpoint just one song as my favorite.  Their entire discography is flawless.

Layne songs - Put You Down, Junkhead, Social Parasite, Hate To Feel, Love Hate Love, Sunshine -- I could go on and on

Duvall songs - Last Of My Kind, Voices, Maybe, Fly, Private Hell, Scalpel, Phantom Limb
