    VRising just had their full 1.0 release yesterday. Got on for a few hours last night and hopefully a bit more tonight.

    Would you say its worth getting?
    Yes. They did really well improving the game through Early Access and made quite a few QoL changes that were improvements. There are still a few missing that I doubt get implemented (crafting with materials from chests specifically) but that doesn't detract from the rest of the game.

    There is a massive variety of bosses each with personal movesets/abilities (this can be further enhanced with brutal difficulty). Combat is very fluid, and works extremely well. No where in the world feels "empty" and progression is a blast to work through.

    Also, since the game is designed around small player groups, you can easily change your private server settings with tons of options, increased crafting speed, loot multipliers, harvest multipliers, stack size, health, damage etc. I play Solo on my own server and you can reach a point where NPCs can gather materials for you as well.

    The game is a great price for a Survival Action RPG Adventure (that's their determination) as it does have great combat mechanics, mild survival aspects, plenty of RPG style progression, and a large map to explore.

    I've been playing through the full Yakuza series from start to finish in order. The batting cages, the Sega Arcade, and being able to pretty much walk around a real life recreation of Kabukicho, Japan has kept me occupied for hours

    How is diablo 4 these days?

    A million times better than it was when it launched, the devs re-worked the entire item customization system and added another layer to the end game content. 

     

    The expansion DLC trailer just dropped, coming out in October.
