Not interested in the others, tried this and was activated. Some D-Bag did it without posting. TBH I recommend posting "have x code msg me for the code" for code ones, then edit when given and who it was given away to so we can prevent this. Also prevent one person from just nabbing all codes.

We are talking here about games worth a few cents in these keys. That one you tried was still from indiegala giveaway that is going on daily, and the rest is from a pack that i got for 85 cents on opiumpulses with more than 10 games.

So not really anything precious, just library fillers really hence why i just posted the keys. [:wink:]

Just post a list of games like I do and the first person who asks for a game, you mail the key to them. They have to ask in my thread, no mails or chat. I think it's a simple and fair system.

Agreed. Also, it's more likely someone that actually wants it will get it as opposed to a hoarder.

Anybody else still in EVE, or getting back to it?

They(CCP) have been coming out with new updates(quite different actually) and expansions again recently... any one has opinions? Suggestions? Alternative sources they’ve turned to to quench that thirst for space, after the slight shift to Play2Win after the Freemium model took off, nof to mention the vast upset over the Galactically Hated micro-transactions debacle...

Whatever happened to those who left?

Our poor old EVE, and the battered No Man’s Sky?

DID they turn to Kickstarter’s indie darlings like Stellaris, and the Endless Space? Or the newly acclaimed Elite: Dangeous? What’s the news with that minted Star Citizen project?

If you’re looking for something “classic” shall we say,

and of course entirely Depending on preference of what it is people are looking for or expecting,

I’d definitely go for some text based stories/interactive fiction, some of it is quite good, and well written... if this falls within the scope of anybody’s tastes I do have some links, although I think most would know most of these...

Still, it is something to check out for the newcomers and the updates are still coming in regularly so there’s always more to choose from...

Going in no particular order...

Choice of Games LLC the most obvious one perhaps but it was a rather recent discovery of mine all things considered, just a few years ago in fact... o how the time flies...

They also do a good job supporting the independents, and giving them a platform from which to work with, it’s nothing fancy, but it’s nothing to sneeze at, as the Americans say :)

a neat place to get your text based game hosted!
There are a number of my all time favourites among them <3

ChooseYourStory is another one, good, reliable, and I'd say it’s enormous in its variety

The author known as the EndMaster there, he’s rather prolific and well accredited, perhaps most so, albeit he is one of the acerbic nature is his personality. Thread carefully :)

There is of course also the Infinite-Story, I’ve actually stumbled upon it through a forum mention on the ChooseYourStory site, it is perhaps not quite as well updated and so on, but still engaging enough for those looking for new and unusual, fresh material to peruse in “free” time

There are also quite a few works from the more well established writers and storytellers of the digital age...

Seven Bullets - The Writing of Cloud Buchholz in particular stands out to me...

there are of course also the REsources like

itch.io (the other Steam?)

and Twinery

Playfic

and for the time being(seeing how it is effectively relocating/shifting gears)

There are also quite a few enterprising completions associated with such form of indise development...

Yet another indie gala key that i already have

(steam asked to install those games when i tried to add the key after stating i already had them, so i assume thats what it is (usually it just says nothing because it is something that i already have installed hence why i cant tell what it is))

It seems the game giveaways are quite low these days... Either that or i need better sources.

There are a few dubious ones that i find, but when i cant claim them myself without a lot of hassle i don't post them here.

But anyways Random game Giveaway at IndieGala is still going on, have been going for about a month or so, but you need to go there between around 17:00 to 19:00 TC time to get it most of the days.
