    Crusader Kings II free on steam (it has gone free to play, but it is still undetermined if its forever or a for a limited time) (The DLC's still need to be bought though and there is a few dozens of them, so...)

    154,21€ (the current price for all DLC) is not exactly a bargain though.

    Paradox games are just extremely expensive with their DLC milking. On the other hand, they do keep on developing the games for quite a long long time, so that's nice.

    I have most of their games (25/57 (missing many of the old ones)), But CK II and EU IV i still played a cracked version even though i owned them both, because i wasn't really into spending 300€+ on them... (you could however load your cracked save with the DLC's onto the steam version, but i really only did that once or twice)

    Meanwhile i did get CK II expansions in a bundle for 20€ or so, so it is playable on steam now also, just missing cosmetics and music really.

    But yeah if you plan on playing online, and have a friend with all the DLC's then you are indeed more than fine.

    You can also get the ck2 old gods dlc for free if you sign up for ck3 on paradox’s website

    The Messenger is such a good game, but also f**k epic. So oofs all around.
    I'm on the f**k Epic club, but i still claim all their freebies anyway.

    Not that i have anything against their marketing policy, because they are doing what they can to get market share, and i do respect that. Its simply because their UI sucks.

    But, since i'm assuming it will be fixed eventually, i'm stacking up for when it does.

    Got a few dozens of games there already, have not installed or played a single one though.
