    Hello,

I thought that may be interesting to implementation some sort of contracts between director/company and employee. I see that in this way:

Player with his application to company can add conditons that he want (cost of trains, wage, expections over next star, expections in long term, how long he want to be in company, increases / reductions after star up / or down).

After sending application, director "accept" application and it starts time of negotiation - that will last 3 days (in this time player is in company still as a recruit).

    Negotations:
    - director can answer for new employee conditions - accept, refuse (and kick member from comp) or add his condidionts or change existing one
    - player can add his input to new offer
    - after 3 days it's final time to end negotiation

If none player or director set any conditions - there is default (company set scheme) contract set.

    Addition to company will be:
    - notice period - if director and employee agrees that notice period will be 3/7/14 days, employee first need to "activate" leave option and wait that time. This will give time director to find replacement. But same... director can't kick just like that employee without notice period (except in next point)
    - immediatly kick will be available (based on contract rules) - if ex. addiction will be higher than they set in conditions or inactive time will be too long

Those two things give security for both employee and director.

Also addition could be automatic system to set wages and increase or reduct wage after star up/down.

I'm open for other suggestion. This is mvp of my idea, so I'm happy to work on it to do a more interesting thing.

Interesting, though i feel the mechanics of this is a bit too complicated. Stuff like wages and star down conditions should be discussed with the director beforehand.
While the employee and director security thing is nice to have, it isn't too hard to find a job in TC. I don't dislike the idea, but don't think it's needed either

Suppose it's just a trail and error kind of thing really, I suppose the most definite part about it is the notice before leaving/kicking but also at the same time there should be an "inactive for 3 days and sacked" as 3 days+ really hurts the company

What problem does this solve? Players already negotiate their wages and quit or get fired when the parties don't believe it's working out any longer.
