    The current specials are:



    I know meat warehouses were updated recently and overall I feel they fill their current niche very nicely, allowing players to experiment with unsafe crimes.

    The only downside is the player experience when leveling the company. You have an initial push for the 3* and 5* perks and then a large drop in incentive for the higher stars. I feel two small tweaks would resolve the issue:

    • Add +0.5 rifle accuracy to the hunting skill gain - this keeps an interesting niche skill in the game whilst offering a small benefit to the 95% of employees that only use it 2 days a year. This fits thematically with the existing special and the lack of overlap between hunting skill and weapon acc in game mechanics means it shouldn't cause balancing issues.

    • Change Vampiric from 3% life regen to 3% lifesteal - This would allow players to see a tangible benefit to the 10* when chaining or warring without being too overpowered. For example beating someone with 9000 health would only restore 270 health. You would also have to be able to hit a target to receive the healing so it would be a lot weaker than something like Cauterize. (A 9000 health player with cauterize heals for an average of 360 per hit with a 20% chance to heal for 20% health)

    I agree, 7 star special is useful only on Tiger Day (imo)
    and the 10 star special is no incentive to compete for a place among 10 star companies.

    On the other hand most companies have absolutely great 10 star specials!

    as a MW owner i 100% support it.

    I'd like it if the 7* wasn't only good for 48h/year..

    Also i see the current 10* not worth at all.
    Lifesteal sounds really good, considering the gas station passive thats gonna heal the employee, this is a great way to balance things out.

    I know for me the only point to increasing to 10* is for the job points each day. The perks of the 7* and 10* really aren't good for anything. Even the people that wait their hunting skill up doesn't notice much change to their skill lvl. I would love to see those changes i think it would make it more worth while to get to 7* or 10*.

    Apart from that you gain the ability to grow CE while doing hacking crimes and also quite the boost to daily nerve (if you hunt 3x daily you benefit 3x from the +10 max nerve due overcap from SA travel time and then +10 from daily refill and 20 from jp for +60 daily nerve)

    So MW grants money from crimes and life regen on top of its niche hunting use. Compare that to like mechanic shop, it grants nothing apart from its niche use.

    Better buff the underperformers instead of the solid ones.

    Fair enough, minor tweaks could indeed happen while waiting for larger changes for the other companies. It could be good to broaden the selection of players who would feel the perks compelling.

    However, if we look at the target audience the current perks are really solid. I do like the idea of lifesteal, but I don't think MW is the right place for such a perk.

    If you are skilling hunting skill then you are more likely to not be an attack based player. The 3% regen helps out quite a lot to fill up your health pool while you are in the hospital, so it will benefit defending players more than attacking players.

    By changing a perk from defensive to offensive you make it slightly worse for the target audience while adding a cool perk that could make a player pick the company if they benefit from something else also - but the other perks are quite lackluster for a competetive attacking player.

    One thing to consider is also that if a perk is very compelling to older players, then a higher percentage of the employees would be older players and older players tend to have higher work stats.

    By having a lot of employees with high work stats would raise the work stat requirements needed to compete with others and thus a player from the intended audience (newer players) will have a rough time gaining a spot.

    Maybe this could be fixed by flipping the 3* and 7* perk slots.

    3 star special was introduced for target audience PA leaders (older players).

    Having 3 star speci on the 3 star slot is the reason MW get created and a 5 star special is a reason to keep it for longer than a testing period.

    The higher up specials are simply boring because they are too situational... 25%hunt skill, ya good for hunting during Tiger Day and to grind that last few % of final skill merit but what after hunting skill 100 and the rest of 363 days of the year?
    3% life generation per tick, hmmm why? To fill blood bags faster? To use less blood bags while spending hours online? IMO its even worse than the 7 star special since I don't see half of a reason to use that special at any day of the year or for any purpose.
