Developers don't hate me, I only wanted to start ideas circulating an see what people think. Get the gears moving on something original.
-My hope is too add challenge, depth, cross performance, and a system too grow on for future updates.
Think of the movie "Lord of War" and the struggle of gun running and international criminals.
(shout out too those that read it all and helped with some edits and suggestions.
-Hope I see a little more travel location love and updates in the near future. With the idea of making travel more about the business aspect of a criminal tycoon, improving working stats and making cash, specific company related perks, and maybe weekly events spreading out the current game features (gambling, fighting, crime, bounty hunting, racing and maybe a few new ones) for fun, minor prizes or bragging rights.
I'm ready to have a Hawaii update where I can travel in full diving gear with harpoon and spear equipped (allowing me to spend E and train a working stat while diving.)
With the new equipment loadouts it could offer a new dynamic for traveling where you may not always have your best gear and weapons equipped.
Some weapons are easily gotten through customs depending on the destination and travel method.
New missions and special travel destination, either for random events or calender events. I thought hunting day was a great example. Bonuses, prizes, organized crimes an more.
**-Add weapon class1-5 and travel laws.
-Equip suitcases same as clothing with new features.
Giving you inventory options while traveling. Allows you too add items like medical supplies or lawyer business cards. Hide weapons or contraband.
-Weekly cash prize events for racing with extra exp and car points. Rally cars or Formula 1. All foreign locations.

**-New Organized crimes that must be started in other countries.
(This was part of new mission contract idea. From the mission screen you couldn see a weekly mission selected by the faction leader. War targets, donations, chains , etc. Simple weekly group task.
And a new npc black market dealer or international criminal contact in.)
+These will be traded through your collectors album purchased from point shop
+love the level up art work. Love seeing those as cards.
(ex: Chinese main assault rifle uses 5.56 ammo I think, so a ammo crate of 100 rounds at 70% cost as an example)
-Perception and artifacts. Finding artifacts/items randomly when traveling like the old system of finding items. You will get a notification and receive the item upon returning. Education perks for history allow you too find artifacts specific too region when traveling.
-Dirty bomb a travel location, locking it out for a time unless you have job perk (×) or hazmat. Everyone there gets hit and deported back too torn.

From here down the basics have been covered above. I'll try for further detail on each suggestion and balance from this point on.
-1- PART ONE
Limit travel options for players, such as -Weapon travel limits, what you can and cannot bring too each country, (foreign country's have laws we need too break), Drug importing, weapon smuggling, these are all illegal and have no risk when traveling allowing the market to flood. Not all weapons are illegal but should be based on a firearm class.

Company perks designed for traveling, allowing for weapon runners or drug runners too operate legally without consequence and/or improved travel capacity, mode of travel, and prices depending on destination and items.

A few examples for special effects..
-Set amount mug protection (5-10m) Only while traveling.

What about a game of RR in Mexico with no meds or lobby. PvP invites only like the old days. You will need the revolver equipped too challenge a player.
Ability too drive too Mexico with extra item capacity.
Canada has snow and cheep drugs sooo.....
Skiing or snowboarding for working Stats-Exchange Energy or nerve and some money, instead of doing criminal stuff with nerve you could train Endurance. Will require the right equipment loadout so doing it leaves you vulnerable.
Driving too Canada, same as Mexico. Extra items for longer run.
Mountain resort in Canada?-expensive but restores happy.
Maybe a job perk that lowers foreign drugs in certain countries. Criminal connections?
-Bank works fine for now.
Diving- Requires specific loadout.- Allows players too trade money, Energy, or nerve for Manual labor working stat- maybe some risk could be added with a chance shark bite.
Rehab-(Odd idea-Allow players to volunteer at the rehab increasing there revival skill for less E use.)
It has hunting. (Useful skill idea-Have hunting skill add too your critical chance and/or stealth skill base numbers/odds)
A Favorite idea of mine.
A weekly ceremonial bracket style tournament for PVP each weekend. Maybe based on rank so 20ish brackets.
This requires a player too sign up ahead of time and buy in. Then they must arrive when the tournament starts or receive a forfeit. Single elimination, 4 fights each weekend. 1st,2nd,3rd mini prizes. No energy fights.
Only specific melee weapon types and armor each week. or bare knuckle.
+Rewards are items like Business class tickets, big cash prize and maybe more but defeated players get hospatalized...in CHINA!!!
Also for merits, money and bragging rights Winning a tournament could also unlock A special "fight club" gym for the winner all week. "Hint hint"
+maybe: add a bookie bet for registered players in each weeks Tournament.

I love the idea of TORN CITY CARDS with full artwork.
(Side note)-I may have a prize if anyone can design a Full Artwork torn city theme playing card. Let me know.
-Explore the city/museum: Adds Intelligence stat for either N or E and a bit of money. Similar too Canada and Hawaii.
UK has extreme gun control laws. This could come into play as limiters too travel.
Special bounty hunting services- Hospitalize a player and send them too a random country.
Or set specific bounty requirements such as arresting them, hospitalizing, traveling, not traveling, online, offline, etc.
S class races. Super expensive money racing. Boat races, Drag car races, Pilot Races. Formula 1
Unlocked by winning a A rank official Race in torn and having 5-10 driving skill.
Now you have Piloting and Sailing skill for future use. Specific roles in future faction missions needing High level pilot.
