    Sorry but no, this would be inconsistent with what 'Perks' are on the home page (all of them passive effects or abilities).

    I don't understand any possible reasoning for including active benefits in the perks list, and one hasn't been included in the post.

    before stocks 3.0, there are included in personal perks tho, why would released of stocks 3.0 remove it?

    One of the reasons: 150 perks merit (OP). People got it easy and now it is very hard to get,

    Maybe that merit can be then dialled down to 140?

    For those of us grinding for the OP honor bar this was a way I was working up to my 150 personal perks. When the stocks update came it nerfed all the progress back a significant amount.
