With Stock 3.0 only the stocks which have passive impacts are counted as personal perks.
The suggestion is to have all stocks appear as personal perk as long as the player holds at least one BB.

I can definitely see where you're coming from on this, but personal perks are meant to be things that... have some kind of effect on how the game plays out for you. Shortening education time, increasing bank profits, etc etc. Receiving a six pack of alcohol every week, a couple million dollars every month, things like that just aren't in the same category as those passive perks. Again, I see where you're coming from on this, the thought process makes sense. It really just comes down to receiving a weekly/monthly payout from BB's aren't personal perks, they're... payouts... Much like getting paid from your job, waiting on a Bookie result, or winning on the wheels. They're a source of money and/or items, not really a perk... If that makes sense.

If that was all there was to it, sure. But stock BBs used to allow players get that much closer to 150 perks and that was taken away. So until some replacement perks are made available (which opens a whole other can of worms- I am thinking some new education classes personally), stock payouts should count as perks.

Huh, I apologise, I wasn't aware that they used to be counted as personal perks. You have an excellent point, reaching 150 personal perks now is definitely going to be more of a struggle without the previously accessible BB perks. While I still think that those payout BB's shouldn't count, I'll agree that there should be other things that do count as personal perks, like some edu courses. Good catch, thank you for clarifying.
