    With Stock 3.0 only the stocks which have passive impacts are counted as personal perks.
    The suggestion is to have all stocks appear as personal perk as long as the player holds at least one BB.

    Sorry but no, this would be inconsistent with what 'Perks' are on the home page (all of them passive effects or abilities).

    I don't understand any possible reasoning for including active benefits in the perks list, and one hasn't been included in the post.
