A suggestion I have would be for directors..If we could have a better way to see if employee has logged on Torn each day..I would like to see a color beside the name of each employee...example..when I click on the employees section I would like to have green next to each employee who logged on and red for each employee who has not..as it is now I have to check each employee profile to see if they have or have not logged on each day..the color suggestion would be a much better option if incorporated in my opinion

The company chat box lists employees in order of their last login (latest at the top). So you may wanna try checking the employees from the bottom of the list.

Idea is good. Maybe add a section next to employee details (just like we have on the referral page listing the ones who play with our referral and their last activity timestamp is present).

The star ratings are enough, activity isn't the main measure of performance, it's entirely based on work stats.

Your work stats give everything required in your efficiency, things like inactivity and drug addiction then give a debuff to work stats, which in turn reduces your effectiveness... if your stats are way above the recommended level you could find yourself being able to go more inactive than someone who's only just at the recommended stats...

Having those kinds of high stats will barely improve your performance, but it just gives the greater tolerance to inactivity/addiction.

Imo this update is not required as it would be unfair and cause more confusion than assistance...

I did not know this but looking now you are correct..I have seen names move up and down on the list but just thought it was due to their stats increasing.this does help me see who has and has not logged on..thanks for the info...
