    We all know the territory warfare is somewhere in our future, whether it be near or far. This will be great, but I'd like to make an addition where all factions will be somewhat able to compete with each other. 

    My suggestions is as follows:

    Have not only the territories within the walls of our beloved torn city, but also have them on foreign soil. Each country you travel to should be able to be fought over. Each one having a unique perk. One of the major issues with current warfare is factions that can afford wars usually come out on top. My suggestion would be to only be allowed to bring as many items as you can carry. So if you can only carry 23 items when traveling now, you will only be able to bring 23 items of your choice.
    This will make people choose between energy or meds. These wars will be extremely difficult and take a long time, but in my opinion some of the most interesting. Smaller, active, factions will finally be able to group attack bigger ones for a chance to take something worth while.

    Obviously this needs a lot more thought, but this is the general idea. What do you guys think?

    Some question I'd like feedback on:
    How do you start the "foreign war"?
    How do you incorporate multiple people attacking one faction for the foreign soil? (factions team up and share the perk?)
    How is the first owner of the country chosen?
    Should people traveling to the country be affected by the war?

    If this idea is thought out now, it may be much easier for developers to incorporate this when the addition of territory wars finally comes out. I know there are going to be people constantly saying that territory wars hasn't come out yet, so why worry about new additions? If you worry about them now it'll make the implementation of them easier in the future. So please only post constructive things.

    It doesn't really make sense. We are small time criminals, fighting over city blocks makes sense but invading and occupying a country doesn't

    First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they keep laughing, then they start choking on their laughter, and then they go and catch their breath. Then they start laughing even more.

    Well you can hold territory in different countries. Which is also nice because if a HOF faction tries to take too much territory they're going to be too spread out and easy to attack.
