It would be fun to be able to see who has the most karma and watch yourself move up and down the leaderboard. It's important to reward good contributors to the forum so they keep it active and karma is one of the ways that people are rewarded. Without the top contributors people would have nowhere to go for advice or help or fun and that would really damage the game.

Actually no, free roam is a feature that ched actually added for 2.5k, the 1k is just a special forum

Heaps of players keep the game active and donate and don't ever use the forums. I agree with you that working stats in the HOF is a useless category. If it were up to me, I'd remove it too, not add another useless one. Thanks for explaining what you meant btw.

It's important to reward good contributors so they keep it active and karma is one of the ways that people are rewarded. Sure some people get it just from posting dank memes or telling others that there are flowers abroad, but most karma whores get there through contributing usefully so they deserve to be honoured with a place in the hall of fame.
