I suggest that developers add limitation or restriction on the mount of cash placed in gambling in Russian Roulette like Bookies when they limited it to 1 Bil. only , I saw many old players lose all they have and leave the game while other new players only few days old get rich fast , some player s may stand with how things going but still i see the loss of old players and even others going into bankruptcy and leaving the game isn 't fun at all as the game gets less popular.

Honestly I don't agree with this, The reason that a limit was put on the bookies is because certain players became mega super rich through the bookies which was just introducing loads of money to the game. RR is just passing money between two people it's not actually introducing anymore, If you bet all your money quite frankly you deserve to lose it, I don't see why there should be a limit of RR.

putting restriction or limitations won 't stop passing money or gambling , it will increase number of games played between players instead which is good that means players get more chances.

If people gamble more than they can afford to lose the answer is self-control, not a hard limitation for everyone. RR is so much more exciting because of the high stakes. I'd hate to see that change.

Lets say your suggestion was implemented, suddenly rather than a player risking everything and then giving up, you've got old players slowly losing it all hating the game more and more and not coming back after losing it all. This wouldn't change anything it'd just wind people up.
