Medical cooldown should run faster in hospital.

    One of the things that we now need to manage more since the changes to revives is our medical cooldown - no longer can we just buy ourselves back to 100% life with no effect on the timer. To get back in the fight you have to either accept that you will have an ever-growing med cooldown, or you take a revive and go back into the fray with reduced life.

    I was sat there in hospital... again... and watching to see when the cooldown was low enough to med out when I thought 'Hey, I'm in hospital. Can't they do something with the drugs while I'm here?'

    The suggestion is that the med cooldown timer runs faster while you are in hospital under medical care - so for every minute you are in hospital, you lose 90 seconds from the med timer. So the choice becomes - do I get out now, or do I stay in and wind down the cooldown a bit faster.

    Not keen on this - the philosophy behind the medical cooldown is to restrict the number of times you can get yourself out of hospital within a short period (which now extends to restoring life as well), so I don't feel there should be any short cuts unless that goal is changed (in which case you're either just relax the cooldown, reduce the amount of time each med adds to it or scrap it altogether)..
