Allow revives outside of Hospital

Now with Meds and Blood Bags giving health my Med CD gets maxed out super quickly during wars. After warring this week I have thought many times "I wish I could pay for a revive right now just to regen some health"
Suggestion: Reviving someone not in the hospital gives 25% health regen

What exactly are you suggesting? Regenerating health to 100% as an addition to reviving?
Edit: That came out flawed. I mean if someone is out of hospital, "Reviving" would return them to 100% health?Last edited by AshleyT on 18:21:37 - 14/03/15Please support my suggestion to refine the revive system here

Maybe if you aren't hospitalised the revive could give extra health

So you're suggesting that we make wars all about who can get the most revivers again, after Ched specifically mentioned that was a dependency he wanted to remove from faction warring with the "Medical 2.0" update?
