I also would want to turn off medical effectiveness... Took me over a year to get 5,000 medical items used.. so 25,000? I get some merits are supposed to take years, but.... lol Just another perk I would want to turn off.......
You know what, tbh, I'm not even sure what that one does, I'm just guessing I don't want it. rofl

It would be nice if you could turn your perks on and off on a simple toggle page. I believe it'll be beneficial as players will become more engaged in their perks and actually understand the perks they have, instead of going through randomly and seeing "oh wow, I have x this, y that" 6 months after they obtained them. Furthermore, some perks, like reduced runaway chance for players attacking you, really suck and would be great to turn off.

That runaway one has screwed me more than one, so yes, R+

While I think the perk toggle seems superfluous as really the primary one that most people have issue with IS the runaway one. I would think revising that perk altogether would be more beneficial than creating a toggle for all items that probably would never be disabled beyond that singular item

It would take you 278 days to get the honor if you used 72 sfak per day, every day, to get to 25k.
Which you can now do very easily, by losing at RR, which granted is a long time... -

Don't worry, you can now use meds when you aren't in hospital so it's fine
