To be fair, to place 10 individual bounties takes more time, so must really mean you do not like what the other person has done to you, i think thats in place to stop spam bounties so to speak where one thing that might of annoyed you, time required to place all those bounties you may cool off a little or think its not worth it, which in turn probably retains people in the game longer.

You do realise this is a double-edged sword right? I think it adds little value. Having said that, I would also love to see the number of bounties placed on me when I mouseover the bounty icon. Thanks to you to I never know whether it's 5 or 10 bounties on me.
