In the left hand, we now see two lists (at least... I do). How about adding a third: Faction Could make it a faction special which has to be bought by the faction leader for some money and maybe some (low amount) of respect. Keep it accessible to all factions though. Social interaction is what brings live to the game.

On the bottom right of the screen by the chats, click on the icon showing two people, the people button. Then click faction. You are welcome.
