I just recently picked up a racing license and started participating in Official Events, and I believe there's something minor that could be improved. Every race I've entered so far has had a wait time of a half hour or more to start, even if I was the last person to join, and unless that's a measure to keep people from banging out several dozen races per day, it seems rather pointless.
My suggestion is, once the six entry slots have been filled, a "back out" timer would start, where if none of the racers left the race in the time limit (2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, whatever), the race would skip the rest of the normal countdown and begin.
As I said, I don't know if the long timer was intentional to slow down the number of races per day, but if not, anything to speed up the start times would be great.
