Hey all, My suggestion is to display the current application status (The Hiring/Not hiring toggle in the applications page of your business) to everyone looking for a job, so it would be an added column in the newspaper. I've created a very quick mockup below to give you the general idea. This saves some time both on the part of the company owner if they don't want people trying to mail/apply and for the job seeker who can see clearly who is hiring.
