Its not like, i'm going to know if i've received mail from someone while travelling, but it would be nice if there was some kind of buzzer or message at bottom of travelling page to let us know if we've received something or not.
Its kind of tiring trying to log onto laptop to see if we have received mail. -

How else would you know you have my mail unless you power up your laptop, whilst in mid air? Pretty much the same as real life.

The thing about this excuse of "Oh this is how it works in real life so it shouldn't be any different in a game" has such an obvious flaw I'm not even going to bother pointing it out.
As far as real life? Even if you were using a laptop, which more often than not today will be a phone these days, there is still usually some sort of notification that shows the user he/she has "new" mail on their main home screen and in most cases this is accompanied by a tone/ring/vibration telling the user thatHEY LOOK!
So I'd suggest simply adding the sidebar to the main traveling page instead of the nearly useless huge picture of a plane and clouds, problem solved.Last edited by maledict on 23:36:47 - 06/08/14 -
