I'm not sure about which exercises devine powerlifting.

Are those: Squat, Benchpress and Deadlift?

I started working out in the gym since December, this are my weight's/lifts on those exercises:
    Squat: 50kg (110 lbs) - 3 sets x 10 reps
    Benshpress: 65kg (143 lbs) - 3 sets x 10 reps
    Deadlift: 65kg (143 lbs) - 3 sets x 10 reps

Not sure if it's any good but i'm progressing slowly each week! =D

Love powerlifting, but started moving more into the Olympic lifts a few years back.

My current PRs are a bit below what they were when I actually did comps, but getting old is hell.

    Bench: 250
    Squat: 305
    Deadlift: 315

A strongmans 5x5 would be good to start. Thats what I start out as. They have excel sheets that do the equations for you of what you should lift.

I'm trying to train my full body on 2 diffrent training days like 4/5 days a week.

    So it's like this:
Day 1: Leg's, Bicep and Chest
Day 2: Shoulder's Tricep and Back

For each muscle group i do 3 exercises 3x10 and than the 4th excercise for the muscle group i do a dropset. I'm following this for 2 more week's and than i will move on to something completly new again.

Training more for hypertrophy than strength so I never 1 rep max.

    Squat- 308lb 5 reps
    Deadlift- 374lb 3 reps
    Bench- 220lb 5 reps

My bench is weak compared to my other lifts, although my chest seems to pack on the mass quite easily. Must just be genetics I guess.

You guys have some great lifts, keep smashing it and make those gainz. mmm all vascular and hard ;)

This is a great workout plan. Ive used similar to this in recent months. It gets more important to get those good warmups in. My best leg workout was about a month ago and I did 5 sets to warm up then I did 185kg for 10 sets of 5. For starts the 5X5 is perfect to get some pretty good gains. Once you start approaching anything around 200kg or more you must be very cautious you can get seriously hurt very quick. If anyone wants more info I can go wayyyy in depth about different workouts and routines to push the body. I am transitioning weight classes as well so if anyone needs help or tips to do that I was at the 205lb weight class and am slowly floating down to the 180lb weight class.

I've been doing a bit of hypertrophy training, just to get big, because thats all its for :P Whats your weight/age? I'm 180 and 15.

I'm 20, 190lb sitting at 11% bodyfat. and thats good man, you must be pretty big- how tall are you? I'm 5'10
I'm 5'8. With my body type, its generally easy for me to gain muscle/lose fat, but its also not hard for me to put on fat either. I'm sitting at about 18-20% body fat at the moment because i'm just coming off of powerlifting season, so I haven't had time to cut yet.

    I'm a lifter too.
I started the day I turned 15, and I turned 16 last month.
I go to the gym 6 times a week.
I started out as a very thin guy, and now I'm not big, but it's still visible that I'm lifting.
Bench only 35 kg 8-10 reps. I started out on 20-25 kg, so I guess it's okay.
    Squat around 45-50kg 8-10 reps
    Deadlift - I don't do that, haha
My height is 175-178 cm (I dunno the exact) and my weight is around 58kg.

I try to drink proteinshakes as much as possible (3-4 times a week), but I don't like the taste after some time. I started blending a banana and two tee spoons of peanutbutter to remove the "proteinpowder taste". Banana and proteinpowder makes it so much nicer to drink!
