    Why do you want to gain some fat though? I'm curious. Is it to look more intimidating or is it a "I want to put on muscle no matter what" kind of thing? Anyway as for gaining, just try to stuff as much calorie dense foods into your mouth as possible. Go for milk and even Mcdonalds sometimes.

    The biggest tips I can offer to put weight on fast would be to cease nicotine/caffeine use (if you currently use either of these). This alone will add on a significant amount of weight due to the effect of these stimulants on your RMR (Resting metabolic rate). Take creatine. This will add 5-10 lbs of water weight. Lifting weights will help a lot as well especially if combined with the creatine. Creatine is extremely cheap you can get a 90 day supply for around $30. The most obvious way would be to increase your caloric intake. Regardless of all else, if you increase calories you WILL gain weight. You may think you eat a lot until you keep a log of every meal and every gram of protein, carbohydrate and calorie you consume in each meal. You will have to force yourself to eat at times you don't want to at first but once your body becomes accustomed to the increased uptake of calories it will be easier and you'll find yourself hungry more often.

    First, having no body isn't too healthy, there should at least be 2-3% body fat.

    Second, I don't know your system, how your body works, how it metabolizes solids and liquids.

    Third, here are some steps that are pretty general that you can take to gain mass.

    1- Load up on proteins. Chicken breasts are the best for that.
    2- Dairy, drink milk for calcium and increase your bone density.
    3- Eat pulses.
    4- Lean Beef.
    5- Exercise with weights and do calisthenics.
    6- Increase weights every month or so depending on your progress.
    7- Work your every muscle group, never focus on just one.
    8- Get proper sleep, at least 6-7 hrs a day.
    9- Relieve stress. The more stress free you are, the better results you'll get.
    10- Be patient, don't expect results in a day or week or a month. Be persistent and continue, take it one day at a time, till the day you wake up and see the results in the mirror.
    11- Keep track of your diet and exercise, along with your weight and body development.

    For now, doing those things will get you more than enough results.
