Well like the title says which is the best fat burner that you have taken or know anyone that has taken or when you used to take them :D.

I used to take grenade pills and it did work but damn the side effect was crazy as hell plus it is very stim high which maybe not for everyone, now I just ordered some shred matrix, I have been seeing good reviews all over the interwebs and the majoy plus point is that it is not stim high so no jitters or crash and it also keeps the water weight off.

Yeah, I've had some bad side effects with them so am cautious now how often I use them.

Grenade was pretty jittery, but ok.

I got a sample once for another thermogenic from a supplement store and thought I was gonna die. Stupidly I didn't note the name of them so eeks.

I tried hydroxy cut and ended up giving them away to a friend cause they did nothing.

Dunno shred matrix. Let us know how it makes you feel.

My absolute favourite and the one I still take every now and then is lipo 6 black. Gives me a good boost for the gym and not so much of the jitters. But sleeping at night becomes an issue, and I feel super warm all day. I do make sure to drink a ton when I'm on them.

But mainly I just drink a lot of coffee.

The one thing I found important to bear in mind with thermogenics though is that they regularly have to change the make up, so you might have had a bottle of something from a few months ago and then you take it again and it is totally different. Same with reviews of them, many wouldn't have had the same ingredients, so i'd keep that in mind, and just test for yourself I guess.

Found this, might be useful for you too, when you're on a commercial thermo break:http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kristi2.htm

grenade pills messed me up as it caused my heart to race alot and I thought I was going to die but it did work for only 2weeks, I had to stop grenade and was looking for something to give me that extra kick and I found them as I stated that they have no stims so you don't get the jitters.

Most reivews I've read people say they lose round a week.

sure I'll update as I go and I'll read that link later on.

hydroxy cut and lipo 6 black are they stim heavy and did it aid weight loss

hydroxy cut did nothing. not even stim. was just crap. yeah i wasn't too big a fan of the grenades, plus the pills were huge too.

but yeah, lipo 6 was minimal jitters but good burning. i eat well too so that helps as a combo. actually my current goal is to shed a bit of belly fat at the mo, so will start taking lipo6 again tomorrow for a week and see what happens, as i've changed my diet again and adding cardio right now for a bit more definition. wish me luck :)

cool yeah, keep us up to date :)

Best legal is an EC Stack.
Or Clen if its legal in your country. Even if its not.
The best is DNP if you don't mind being set on fire from the inside.

Fat burner pills? I must be getting old, far out. I prefer the older method of not eating too much, drinking too much and get outside and move your body around under its own power.

    Good luck though, I guess.

Best way to burn fat is to EAT fat. Seriously, I eat more fat than most people I know and exercise very little, but I'm 137 and decently toned (bit less so now. Was layed up for a week when an infected tooth spread big time). The body burns what you feed it. Eat high-fat, low-carb and the body not only learns to burn fat, but PREFERS it as an energy source. Combined with sensible eating (drink lots of water, it's the primary catalyst to many of the body's metabolic functions) and the body will burn fat rather than store it.

Now, if you eat high-carb, low-fat, which seems to be the thing these days, the body will prefer to burn carbs over fat. What happens to the fat? It gets stored.

Lose fat by eating it. Ironic, eh? Of course, I'm no nutritionist and certainly no expert and I get the "24 with a hot metabolism" cheat mode, but this has all worked for me.

Your science is completely wrong, but the results are there. Most people on high carb diets, which include almost anyone in a 1st world country, eat more calories than they consume. This is the sole reason they are fatter. Now switching to a lower carb diet has a number of benefits, number one being the health of your teeth and decreased risk of diabetes. But your body doesn't have a preference for energy sources. In fact, carbs are easier to digest and use as energy, thats why eating sugar gives you an "energy spike" but fats and proteins do not, although there is data to debate that as well. Bottom line, your thinner because you consume a moderate amount of calories. Probably because fats make you feel fuller longer and by going low carb you've essentially cut out 1/3 of your potential energy supplies. Higher fat diets have huge benefits, especially for males, but anyone with a basic understanding of thermodynamics knows that the only formula for fat loss is to consume less calories that you expend. Its that simple.

What a crock of shit im hearing...

On topic, best fat burner, clen, or tren....other than that diet and exercise ....

This low carb, high fat is bollocks, look at Asians, Kenyans etc what do they eat? Rice/veg/fruits they cant afford meats etc, anf look they are lean as f**k, look at vegans such as freelee and durianrider on youtube, high carb, low sodium, low fat.

Dont be scared of carbs, the right carbs,rice/sweet potatoes/fruits (fructose) etc..since going on a 50% vegan diet i have so much energy to workout and im leaning out like f**k....

On topic as before,clen/tren for steroids, anything else i would avoid imo.....

Calorie wise if you go vegan diet you can eat as much as you want, look into it.

Yohimbine with steady state cardio on a fasted state worked pretty well for a friend of mine, I believe it is legal in the UK, though you'd fail drug tests in any sport

Clenburexin arrived today and I've taken two servings of two tablets, before my workout and before dinner..

It suppresses appetite more than anything as I haven't wanted to eat since taking them. Kind of a bad thing as well though. Also my body temperature has been quite high most of the day and I was sweating buckets 15/20 minutes into my workout. I've been feeling a tightness or a slight pain in my chest for most of the day as well..

I'll let you know how they work out for me.

Sounds dangerous. You are better off just exercising more and eating less fat people food ie curry/pizza/chocolate etc.

Forum signatures make my eyes hurt so i have turned them off.

The basic science behind fat burning pills is that the pill increases the fats temperature within the body which causes it to become liquidized, which is then able to be removed via excretion. (I want to add that obviously only a small percentage of total body fat is liquidized).
My opinion is biased against these pills as the science behind these "supplements" are kinda generalized and sound too good to be true (which generally means that they are).
There is no guarantee that the pills only "burn" fat; as it could also burn bone and muscle tissue.
It's unhealthy/dangerous to lose a high amount of fat in a small space of time.
I understand that this supplement is a quick fix, especially if you haven't got time to go to the gym due to other commitments, however as mentioned above in order to decrease body fat, eat healthier (decrease bad fats and sugar intake) and try to do more physical activity.
Physical activity does not necessarily mean go to the gym; it simply means walking/moving more.
It is possible to burn calories outside of the gym too!
    Thanks.

Yes that doesnt sound good at all. Just because something isnt banned doesnt mean it is safe to use. I drink too much alcohol and smoke too much they are legal and bad for you. These 'fat burners' are probably the same as well as well as fat what else are they 'burning' as well. It sounds really dodgy to me.

Eat real food and be more active that is the best way to combat lard.

Reduce takeaway food, chocolate, crisps etc and eat more fruit and veg and real meat. ie not the meat in burgers and hotdogs and curry etc the meat where it has bones in it :P

    Can I add to this?

    I bought the following

    150 gelatine caps

    then

    Cayenne Pepper ground

    Cinammon ground

    Tumeric powder ground

Mixed them all up and filled the caps with them, I take one in the morning and one at night, sometimes I get heart palps but other than the usual thermogenic symptoms nothing.

Much better than "Grenade" etc which has tons of artificial tripe!
